The 38-year-old nanny accused of decapitating a Moscow child appeared in court Wednesday despite reportedly accepting guilt for the crime. The uzbek woman, identified as Gulchekhra Bobokulova, was ordered by Judge Tatiana Vasyuchenko be detained until late April, adding that the nanny may have had accomplices. The suspect allegedly strangled the child to death before decapitating her, setting the child’s home on fire, and was later arrested bearing the severed head at a nearby underground station.
