New Delhi, Mar 02 (ANI): Taking a jibe on RVS Mani and GP Pillai's statements on the Ishrat Jahan encounter case, Congress leader Digvijaya Singh on Wednesday said they are those people whose conscious arouse after their retirement. Singh added that it is a deliberate effort by the ruling dispensation to "save" BJP president Amit Shah and other close aide of PM Modi from the false encounter they had ordered. Singh emphasised that even if Ishrat belonged to the LeT group, then also a proper law procedure should have been followed, rather than encounter.
