Kabataan Representative Raymond Palatino on Tuesday told Radyo Inquirer 990AM in an interview that concerned officials in the University of the Philippines-Manila should resign for their alleged "unsatisfying" response to the case of Kristel Tejada who committed suicide supposedly after being denied access to the university's education due to financial woes.
