Nivin Pauly was earlier rumoured to be playing the title role in Vineeth Sreenivasan's upcoming movie Jacobinte Swargarajyam.
But recently, Vineeth revealed that Nivin is not playing Jacob.
It is the actor-writer-director Renji Panicker, who essays the titular
character Jacob, in the movie. Jacobinte Swargarajyam revolves
around Jacob, wife Sherly played by Lakshmi Ramakrishnan,
and their children.
