Last year 2011, the USPS collaborated with Disney and Pixar and released a series of postage stamps in celebration of the animation studios 25th Anniversary. Titled Send A Hello, the stamps included characters from Wall-E, Cars, Up, Toy Story and Ratatouille. The USPS then announced a second series for 2012 of Pixar stamps, titled Mail A Smile, which spotlights A Bugs Life, The Incredibles, Finding Nemo, Toy Story 2, and Monsters, Inc.. Take a look at the upcoming Pixar stamps after the jump. The Mail a Smile stamps are being issued as Forever stamps. Forever stamps are always equal in value to the current First-Class Mail one-ounce rate. .\r
