Tension gripped the Senate hearing on the allegedly overpriced Iloilo Convention Center (ICC) on Thursday when Senate President Franklin Drilon lost his cool after Senator Nancy Binay questioned him on the source of funds for the project. But Drilon’s accuser Manuel Mejorada admitted he has no evidence that the ICC was overpriced, saying he based his computation on industry standard and published sources, like Wikipedia.
