From disney pixar cars 2, this is the 2013 chase hydro Finn McMissile, a brand new release exclusive from disney stores soon to be found online at disneystore.com for $6.50 - This metallic finish hydro-finn is a 1:43 scale diecast and comes with wheels under his foils. Comes inside this collectors acrylic display case which can be removed to play with. Although a hydro-finn has already been released by Disneystore before, in the 3-pack combat ship edition, it did not have a metallic finish. The hydrofoil finn from mattel has no wheels under his foils. And the best of them all is the tiny 1:64 scale diecast from Disneystore London with tons of spy gadgets. \r

Finn McMissile (voiced by Michael Caine) is a British secret spy agent who recruits Mater, whom he mistakes for a cleverly disguised American agent, to help in his mission. Finn McMissile is equipped with more gadgets than any other top secret agent, like hydrofoil mode which consists of two retractable foils on the undercarriage used for oversea travel, and submarine mode used for underwater escapes. His license plate is 314 FMCM.\r
