Senate Minority Leader and vice presidential candidate Alan Peter Cayetano laid out his plans in the first 100 days in office if elected. Cayetano said, "We want you to feel safe and safer. We want to start moving out one or two departments... We want you to see that the budget and the programs will reach the grassroots [in] Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, not just in Metro Manila. And lastly, we want you to feel that you have a government that is your ally which you can count on and can help you..."
