Based on the Filmation series The New Adventures of Mighty Mouse and Heckle & Jeckle (1979). This film had a limited theatrical release as a matinee movie. It was released on VHS by Childrens Video Library and Vestron Video. Its been out-of-print since with no official DVD release in sight.\r
