On Friday, November 23, executives and guests of Saks Incorporated (NYSE: SKS), will visit the New York Stock Exchange to help kick off the 80th birthday of Babar, the globally-loved childrens entertainment icon, in America in the new year. Saks famed Yeti will be part of the celebration. To highlight this special occasion, Tracy Haffner, SVP, Marketing of Saks, Colin Bohm, Managing Director of Nelvana Enterprises, and Clifford Ross, President of The Clifford Ross Company, which manage the Babar brand in collaboration, will ring the NYSE Closing Bell. Andrew Kerr, Head of Consumer Products, The Americas and Australasia of Nelvana will also join on the bell podium along with Babar and the Yeti. \r

Saks Fifth Avenue will feature all-new Babar and Yeti plush toys and books this holiday season. Both Babar and Yeti also will be showcased in the famous holiday windows of the flagship Saks Fifth Avenue location in New York City.
