Each character rolls a ball of white play doh and Cookie Monster assembles the Play Dough snowman. Bert gives the Snowman a play dough carrot, Oscar the Grouch gives the play doh snowman coal from his garbage can. Cookie Monster gives the Playdoh snowman a playdough Santa Claus hat just like all the other Sesame Street characters. \r
