Despite releasing amidst big flicks like Dictator and Nannaku Prematho, SCN managed cling to theaters. In fact screens have been increased in second week in view of huge demand. The family entertainer set in village backdrop is big plus for the film as it maps to the festival mood of Sankranthi.

Now, the latest we hear is that Nagarjuna is contemplating to come up with sequel of SCN. To go by the grapevine, Nag has apparently asked Kalyan Krishna to prepare story for the sequel. Perhaps, the story has the scope for extension for it being a supernatural comedy entertainer. If everything falls in place, the film could kick star soon and would be readied for release in Sankranthi season.
