The Russell County Sheriff’s Department recently released dashcam video showing Forrest ‘Butch’ Bowyer approach authorities’ vehicle for help after he’d had his throat slashed and buried alive.

In 2002, a father and son in Alabama were brutally attacked and left in a shallow grave. Forrest ‘Butch’ Bowyer, who had a slashed throat, escaped and sought help.
