Pampore, Feb 20 (ANI): One Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan was killed and 11 others were injured in a gun battle between militants and security forces at Pampore in Srinagar on Saturday. The gun battle ensued after militants opened fire on a CRPF bus and took refuge in the Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) building. As per sources, there is no news of any hostage situation as all the occupants of the building have been safely evacuated. A large contingent of security forces has been rushed to the spot to tackle the situation. They have cordoned off the area as the gun battle is underway.
