The Pentagon has confirmed that US fighter jets carried out air strikes on ISIS base in Libya, killing dozens. The attack targeted the mastermind behind last year's terror attacks on tourist sites in Tunisia. However, the strike was not backed by a UN resolution. Washington says Libyan authorities notified, no exact officials named.
