New Delhi, Feb 16 (ANI): Briefing the media after the all-party meeting called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi before the upcoming Budget Session, Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said all the bills will be passed on the basis of merits. He added that the country is in an adverse situation since the BJP Government has come to the centre.
