Rescue workers search for survivors in the rubble of a Médecins Sans Frontières hospital which was destroyed by an air strike in northern Syria on Monday. The charity said at least eight staff members are missing after the attack in the town of Maaret al-Numan, in Idlib province, about 170 miles north of Damascus.
