Barack Obama speaks about Antonin Scalia, the supreme court justice who died on Saturday at the age of 79. The president called the conservative judge ‘one of the most consequential thinkers to serve on the supreme court’ and said he would fulfil his constitutional responsibilities by nominating a successor.
