Time after time, there seems to be an ever increasing amount of evidence that animals love to have cross-species friendships! Well in this particular scenario, a bold chicken trekked across the barn in order to befriend a horse! I can see the headline now in the animal edition of the newspapers, “Chicken Crosses Barn To Befriend A Horse!” Goes to show just how far some animals are willing to go for the sake of forging new friendships! Maybe that’s the answer to the age old question of “why did the chicken cross the road,” perhaps the answer is because the chicken wanted to make a new friend! I can tell that this is going to be the start of a beautiful friendship between chicken and horse.
