Step-by-Step:
1) Kill the Panzer and pick up the first piece.
2) Turn on the Death Ray for 1000 points and wait for it to finish. A part will spawn in the air above the launcher or the right tesla.
3) Activate the launch pad.
4) Go to the launcher that will launch you in the air over the piece.
5) Go to the Missile Launch Pad.
6) Wait for it to go off and run to the panel and hold square so it turn green.
7) Run to safety
8) Kill the burning zombies and wait for the 3 led light to turn completely solid green.
9) Hold Square on the panel when its completed and the part will be in the teleporter.
10) Build it and enjoy.
