NOTTINGHAM CITY, ENGLAND — A man riding his bicycle along his normal route was rear-ended by a car on Nov. 15, 2014. The victim of a hit-and-run, he pursued justice but no charges have been filed, and now he's decided to release video of the incident online.

Recognized by the name Reginald Scot on his social media accounts, cyclist told the BBC of his situation.

Though it's easy to make out the license plate, apparently the car was a vehicle for hire. After narrowing down the list of suspects to two people, a man and a woman, the cops and the courts were unable to determine which one of the suspects was driving the car at the time of the accident.

As a result, neither were charged, and the owner of the vehicle was fined £150 pounds for not being able to provide driver details.

Scot explains in the video that when he hit the ground, he struggled to breathe, and began to black out. He claims he was hit in the small of his back, and suffered a back injury and internal hemorrhaging as a result. It took him four months to recover from his injuries, and another month of physiotherapy to get back to normal.

Scot has just opened a Twitter account, and has since wasted no time in tweeting about his plight, along with the injustices he routinely faces as a cyclist in an automobile's world.
