How to Create Wordpress Users?

Step 1: Log in to your Wordpress Dashboard

Step 2: Go to Users at the left pane and click on Add New

Step 3: Fill Username ,email and other boxes and at the end assign role that you want to give it to user and click on "Add new User" .

Step 4: Done
