Yes, that unbelted, quite hated, talked about with a tone of scorn city builder, SimCity (2013). Funny enough I quite enjoyed it, nearly as much as Cities: Skylines. \r

I thought Id do a bit of a comparison. Ill be uploading a video of Cities later today, so people can see gameplay of both, let them decide which they prefer. Theres too much disdain in the city builder community. In my personal opinion, this game is well underrated, even though it does have serious gameplay flaws.
