David Cameron welcomes proposals for the UK’s future relationship with the European Union after the publication in Brussels on Tuesday of a draft document which sets out the details of Britain’s renegotiations. The document includes plans for an ‘emergency brake’ on benefits for migrant workers and measures to give national parliaments more power to block EU laws.
