Centre asked to return documents seized from Tuki's office

New Delhi, Feb 1 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Monday asked the Centre to return all the personal belongings and official documents, including copies of hard disks to former Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Nabam Tuki and other ex-ministers, after the President's rule was imposed in the state. Arunachal Pradesh Governor's lawyer Satyapal Jain on Monday said the court has directed the administrator of Arunachal Pradesh to supply certain documents, personal documents and personal diaries among other items. He added that under Article 361, no notice can be issued to either the President or Governor of that state for anything done by him under the discharge of his duties.
