Uttrakhand, Feb 1 (ANI): Waqf Vikas Board president Rao Sajjad was seen throwing currency notes on dancers in a video during an event in Roorkee. Congress MLA from Khanpur Kunwar Pranav Singh 'Champion', along with his followers, was also seen enjoying the dance.
