Pretty Little Liars Star Torrey DeVitto Joins the Cast of Chicago Fire Spin-Off Chicago Med

If you thought Torrey DeVitto's Pretty Little Liars character had it rough, wait till you meet Chicago Med's Lilly Manning!

From PLL to MD: Deadline is reporting that Pretty Little Liars alum Torrey DeVitto is joining Chicago Fire spinoff Chicago Med. DeVitto is set to be a series regular and will take on the role of Lilly Manning, a pregnant ER pediatrician. At a recent TCA event in Beverly Hills, showrunner Andrew Dettman hinted that Lilly may be a character in crisis saying "it seems to me, at the end of the day, there's a little bit of denial [about] the fact that she's about to undergo an enormous change in her life."
