The man in the video is selling a magic chemical which copies colour pictures from newspapers, magazines onto the any papers, woods etc. instantly.
First the person simply cuts any picture from the newspaper, then coated it with that chemical and then put the chemical coated side onto the fresh surface of paper or wood and gently pressing them from the back side of that coated picture and then peel it off. The fresh new picture with the same quality appear on the new surface without any damage of the old one instantly.
It's simply magical.
