UP Govt. to blame for Bareilly rape case: Activists

New Delhi, Jan 30 (ANI): Commenting on the recent rape case of a 12-year girl in Bareilly, National Federation of Indian Women (NFIW) general secretary Annie Raja on Saturday said the Uttar Pradesh Government is least bothered about the rising crime rate in the state. Jagmati Sangwan, another women activist, demanded a judicial probe of the rape crime under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) 2012.
