Patiala, Jan 29: Fugitive Khalistani terrorist Paramjit Singh Pamma is wanted by Indian security agencies for his alleged involvement in the 2010 high-velocity twin blasts in Patiala and Ambala and the 2009 killing of Rulda Singh, head of the Rashtriya Sikh Sangat, a wing of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). A UK-citizen, 42-year-old Pamma was recently detained by Portugal police. He already had an Interpol Red Corner notice against him that helped sleuths nab the fugitive.
