Cold wave disrupts life in north India

New Delhi/ Shimla, Jan 28 (ANI): Cold wave conditions prevailed in the northern India on Thursday morning. Fog disrupted the visibility in maximum areas of the national capital. People were seen sitting around fire to keep themselves warm. Meanwhile, Shimla in Himachal Pradesh witnessed intense chill with temperature at several places being sub-zero. The rivers have frozen in Narkanda, increasing troubles for the locals.
