Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Jan 26 (ANI): High alert has been issued in Uttarakhand on Tuesday after movements of suspected militants were seen in Dehradun. Uttarakhand Director General of Police (DGP) BS Sandhu warned people to be cautious, adding that occasions like Republic Day are seen as "attacking days" by terror outfits. Sandhu said security has been tightened everywhere and all steps are been taken to combat any untoward incident.
