Ratlam, Jan 26 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Tuesday hoisted the national flag in Ratlam and addressed a gathering speaking about the steps Madhya Pradesh Government had undertaken to uplift women's status in the state. He said the female population is an integral part of our society and they should be allowed to prosper in every field. He added that Madhya Pradesh had given reservation to women in almost all panchayat and nagar nigam elections while the government had also launched Mukhyamantri Kanyadaan Yojana and Mukhyamantri Nikaah Yojaana to help the women. He further congratulated the farmers of Madhya Pradesh Krishi Karman Award for total food grain production.
