“… Brief Statement of the Proposal’s Substance – This non-partisan proposal seeks to create a local Ordinance which would provide for the immediate and conspicuous public posting and display of a duplicate voter tabulator machine tapes at anytime any tabulating machine tape is printed for any reason. The proposal also provides for investigation by the Inspector General and for penalties for violation.”
