New Delhi, Jan 25 (ANI): Diabetes Care Foundation of India organised a conference on diabetes at Park Hotel in Delhi. During the seminar, speakers raised several issues regarding growing rate of diabetes in the country. Dr. Abdul Hamid Zargar said that diabetes is a very serious problem and should be cured as the number of patients has increased drastically in last few years. Dr. Rakesh Rajput said that diabetes is one of those serious problems that can be seen in children as well as adults and it also leads to heart attack, which is a very common problem nowadays. Dr. Vikash Ahluwalia said 30 percent people of rural India are patients of Diabetes while 40 percent people in urban areas are suffering from the disease.
