CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA — The Arizona Cardinals head to Bank of America Stadium on Sunday night to face off against the Carolina Panthers for the NFC Championship Game with the winner earning a ticket to Super Bowl 50.

Two very different teams will take to the field as the high-volume passing attack of Carson Palmer and his Cardinals will butt heads with the multi-dimensional run game of Cam Newton and the Panthers.

For the Arizona, quarterback Carson Palmer will look to shake off an injury to his right index finger and play through the pain. The Cardinals should be in good shape as long as Palmer can get the ball to wideouts John Brown and Larry Fitzgerald. The sudden emergence of rookie running back David Johnson has also helped Arizona on the ground.

Carolina has been powered by MVP frontrunner Cam Newton all season. Throw in Jonathan Stewart plus Mike Tolbert, and the Panthers have a formidable rushing attack. Newton can also expect help from wideout Ted Ginn Jr. and tight end Greg Olsen if he chooses to go through the air.

Can Palmer come out of Charlotte with a victory? Or will Newton and the Panthers continue their Cinderella season?
