Students begin indefinite hunger strike, demand justice for Rohith Vemula

Hyderabad, Jan 24 (ANI): Demanding justice for Dalit scholar, Rohith Vemula, who committed suicide, students of Hyderabad Central University on Sunday went on an indefinite hunger strike here. Students' Joint Action Committee has planned a 'Chalo HCU' campaign tomorrow. The protesting students said they were raising their voice against the government and would continue to do so until justice was delivered. National Students Union of India (NSUI) president Roji M. John, who met Rohith's mother, said the issue was related to the student community and NSUI would continue to fight for Rohith Vemula.
