Facts : 1 Local Police Reform One of the main tasks of UNTAES was reform of local police forces in which before the war occurred first inter-ethnic conflicts (see:Battle of Borovo Selo)
Facts : 2 UNTAES initial problem was to replacement of Federal Republic of Yugoslavia symbols
