Uttar Pradesh police has detained three people in the Lucknow rape and murder case of a 32 years old woman in Mahanlaganj area in the state. One of them is the key accsued in the case, a security guard working at the Sanjay Gandhi Post-graduate Medical Institute (SGPGI). The other detained accused worked in the same institute. The victim reportedly worked as the lab assistant in the premier institute. A mother of two children, her husband died few years earlier after prolonged illness
