Body Fat Percentage 5 8% No Six Pack! Extreme Lean!!! I have 5.8% Body Fat Percentage and dont have a Six Pack, Never Have and Dont Want One. Some might say six pack is the ultimate goal. Having a Six Pack was a Goal of mine initially. In real life after working out and exercising you just have to see what nature will allow for you and be reasonable.
