This video was filmed at the Montclair Ave crossing in Little Falls NJ.
The train is arriving from Montclair State Universety and heading North. This station is the Little Falls Train Station.
Crossing Info:
Signal on Left: 3 pairs of Harmon LED lights. A WC Hayes Gate Motor and a WC Hayes mechanical Bell.
Signal on Right: 3 pairs of Harmon LED lights. A WC Hayes Gate Motor and a WC Hayes mechanical Bell.
A few notes:
1. The side lights on the right signal were turned toward the side street, but NJ Transtit turned them so that they now face the Parking lot exit.
2. The pedetrain gate on the right is new. The other one was knocked down by a car during the summer and was replaced.
3. The concrete bases of these signals are in bad shape. The concrete is breaking away and the steel re-barb is showing on 3 of the 4 signal bases.
4. Monticlair Ave has been repaved since the last time I was here.
This crossing is on the Montclair-Boonton line
