I will say that I've read horror stories, and was reluctant to give up control. But LAPMG was recommended by family friends, and I was going crazy managing my parent's two buildings. Not what I do. I'm about 8 months into the deal. They filled a vacancy we had. The prices they charged to get the place ready were lower than I would have gotten myself. I'm giving them two thumbs up!
