Here’s what you’ll need:
String cheese sticks - 1 packet
Self-raising Flour - 2 Cups
Beer (any) - 375ml
Salt - 1tsp
Grapeseed Oil - 1/2 Cup
Directions:
Combine the self-raising flour, beer, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Then, coat your cheese sticks in the beer batter, making sure they are completely covered. Heat your grapeseed oil in a pan for 1 minute before frying your cheese sticks until they are golden brown.
Top off with sauce, extra salt, or your favourite seasoning!
