New Jersey State troopers Alex Muro and Arnaldo Mateo experienced an anything but ordinary traffic stop and unexpectedly became midwives after helping a woman delivery a baby in the backseat of her car. In video released courtesy of the New Jersey State Police, the officers could be heard encouraging the woman to breath. After the successful delivery of a newborn baby girl, they cut the umbilical cord in a traffic stop that will touch their lives forever.
