This is a list of Yogic Chart mudras. In yoga, mudrās are used in conjunction with pranayama (yogic breathing exercises), generally while seated in Padmasana, Sukhasana or Vajrasana pose, to stimulate different parts of the body and mind, and to affect the flow of prana in the body.

Yoga is not only an exercise but a form of spiritual practice to improve you physical, mental and spiritual well being.

It doesn’t only refer to twisting and curling your body into different shapes and poses, but it also involves some specific mudras posed during meditations.
