Steps to perform this pose:
Stand straight, with the arms by the side of the body Keep the feet about half a meter apart Raise the arms over the head and keep the elbows straight Keep the upper arms touching the ears Breathe out and bend to the right Breathe in and raise the trunk to the upright position Without any pause in the movement Bend to the left as you breathe out Keep control of the movement, and synchronize it with the breath This is one round, repeat for the required number of rounds .
