So I don't get a million questions about it:
- Hold Shift to queue up 5 units at a time
- Hold Alt to queue up multiple commands
- The hotkey for reverse-move is "D"

So, apparently, Peacekeepers can do splash damage to each other when force-firing on neutral buildings.

Anyways, rather than doing each campaign and mission in order, I've decided that I'll just knock out the easier missions first.
