Now, a new report suggests that Google is working on bringing a new messaging app to Android which will make use of its intelligent machine learning technology, and allow users to communicate with a chatbot to find results to search queries.
Google's current messaging services, Hangouts and Messenger , lag far behind Facebook's WhatsApp and Messenger, which includes the AI-based "M" digital assistant, and China's Tecent Holdings' WeChat in terms of users, the newspaper noted.
Google has not even provided an exact release date of the smart messaging application but we hope we will get to know more information about this service in 2016, which we expect the smart app to be announced officially.
