So You've decided to FSBO Charlotte - to Sell Your House Yourself!

Congrats! There's a lot of work and frustration ahead of you! Knowing this, I decided to put together a series of videos helping YOU, the homeowner, get your house on the market and explain the process so it goes as smoothly as possible for you!

In Part 1 today - We talk about the reasons people FSBO and what some of the challenges are you'll encounter - items we'll dig into and discuss more in later videos!

I also bring up that burning question - "Why is a Charlotte Realtor doing a series to help US sell our home, without him?"

I answer that in the video, but the reasons are 2-fold:
1. Help me, Help you. You may have the perfect house for my Buyers, and an educated FSBO Charlotte homeowner helps ME by making sure you understand the process, pricing, and everything right up front!
2. The fact is only about 8% of homes sold are FSBO (and most to people you already know who wanted to buy it... more on that later). IF you find the process more stressful and longer than expected, I want you to remember ME when you're ready to list your house! I'm here to help, and would love a chance to interview for the job!
