Ingredients:

2 Eggs
120 gms Powdered Sugar
100 gms Soft Butter
120 gms All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Tutty Fruiti, Raisins & Walnuts chopped and soaked in Port Wine for 7-8 hours
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Coffee Powder
Port Wine for garnishing

Method:

- In a large bowl add powdered sugar, eggs, butter & vanilla essence. With the help of an electric beater mix everything to form a soft mixture. Keep it aside.
- Mix coffee with milk and keep it aside.
- In another bowl add all purpose flour and baking powder. Give a stir.
- Add chopped and soaked tutty fruiti, raisins and walnuts. Add this to the egg mixture.
- Then add milk mixed with coffee powder. Mix everything well.
- Pour the cake batter in a greased aluminium tray. Tap the tray couple of times to even the batter.
- Pre heat your oven for 5 minutes.
- Bake the cake on 180 degree celsius for 45 minutes.
- Remove the cake in a wire rack while its warm and pour some wine on it.
- Cover the cake for 10 minutes.
- Cut the cake into pieces and serve!
